Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do when using the GBTick platform. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Legal counsel must review and approve final language before publication.

Permitted Use

You may use GBTick to send WhatsApp messages to contacts who have opted in to receive communications from your business, manage customer conversations, run approved template campaigns and automate business workflows.

Prohibited Activities

  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) to contacts who have not opted in.
  • Sending messages that violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Commerce Policy.
  • Using GBTick to harass, threaten or harm any person.
  • Sending messages that contain illegal content, misinformation or hate speech.
  • Bypassing Meta's 24-hour messaging window without using approved templates.
  • Sending unapproved template messages or impersonating approved templates.
  • Using GBTick to conduct phishing, fraud or social engineering.
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses or other harmful code.
  • Sharing access credentials or allowing unauthorized third parties to access your account.

WhatsApp Policy Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of GBTick complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and all applicable laws in the countries where your customers are located.

Opt-Out Compliance

You must honor all STOP and opt-out requests promptly. GBTick records and suppresses opted-out contacts, but you are responsible for ensuring your import lists do not re-add opted-out numbers.

Violations

Violations of this policy may result in account suspension, termination of your subscription, or reporting to Meta and/or law enforcement where required.
