Bot Studio overview
What is Bot Studio?
Bot Studio is GB Tick's no-code chatbot builder. Create conversation flows using a visual drag-and-drop canvas. Bots can send messages, ask questions, collect data, call APIs, and hand off to human agents.
Flow types
Keyword triggers: activate when a contact sends a specific keyword. Event triggers: activate on business events (e.g. new contact, order placed). Scheduled: run at a set time or interval.
Node types
Send Message, Ask Question, Branch (if/else), Set Variable, HTTP Request (webhook/API call), Assign to Agent, Close Conversation, Wait.
