Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GB Tick platform provided by Thorium Technologies. By using GB Tick, you agree to these terms.

Legal counsel must review and approve final language before publication.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GB Tick only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must comply with all applicable laws, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms, and our messaging policies.

Platform Subscription

GB Tick is offered as a subscription service. Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select. WhatsApp message fees are set by Meta and/or your BSP and are charged separately via your prepaid wallet.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your customer data, contact lists and conversation history. GB Tick processes this data only to provide the platform services. You may export your data at any time.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may export your data prior to termination. Remaining prepaid wallet balances are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

GB Tick is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
