Metric definitions
Delivered: confirmed by Meta. Read: customer opened the message (requires read receipts enabled). Reply: customer sent any message back. CTA click: customer tapped a button in the template.
Export
Export the full per-contact breakdown as CSV from the Analytics tab. Each row shows the contact number, status, and timestamp of each event.
