CSV format requirements
Your CSV must have a column containing phone numbers in E.164 format (e.g. +919876543210). Additional columns can map to template variables.
Excel phone number warning
Excel often strips leading zeros and the + sign from phone numbers. Always format phone number columns as Text in Excel before exporting to CSV to avoid validation failures.
Validation report
After upload, GB Tick runs a validation pass and shows you a breakdown of valid, invalid, duplicate, and suppressed (opted-out) numbers before you proceed.
