Integrations

Connect Salesforce

Go to Integrations → Salesforce → Connect. Authenticate with your Salesforce credentials and grant GB Tick the required OAuth permissions.

Sync behaviour

New GB Tick contacts are created as Salesforce Leads. Inbound WhatsApp messages are logged as Activities on the matching Contact or Lead record. Conversation assignments can update Salesforce Owner.
