Connect Shopify

Go to Integrations → Shopify → Connect. Enter your Shopify store URL and approve the installation from your Shopify admin.

Supported events

Order placed, order fulfilled, order cancelled, abandoned checkout. Each event can trigger a GB Tick automation that sends an approved WhatsApp template to the customer.
