Role-based access control

Every GB Tick user is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do. Roles are configured per workspace in Settings → Team → Roles.

Admin: full access. Agent: inbox, respond, templates. Viewer: read-only with PII masking.

Create custom roles with granular permission sets. Restrict access to specific departments, numbers, data exports, or billing information.
