Export billing CSV

Export the ledger

Go to Settings → Billing → Ledger. Filter by date range, conversation category, or phone number. Click Export CSV to download a full record of all debits and credits.

CSV columns

Date, Time, Type (Debit/Credit), Amount (INR), Category, Template Name, Contact Phone Number, Conversation ID, Balance After.
